Breakfast
Served at individual tables from 8am until 9am during Ski Season, 8:30am until 9:30am all other times.
A three course gourmet breakfast is served to your individual table every morning featuring ingredients from local farms including grass-fed, hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats from Heather Ridge Farm in Preston Hollow and JJF Farm in Jewitt, free range eggs also from JJF Farm, vegetables from RSK farm in Prattsville, Shaul Farms in Fultonham, and Barber’s Farm in Middleburgh, fruit from Bohringer Farm in Middleburgh, pure New York State Maple syrup from Buck Hill Farms, and Cheese from Harpersfield Cheese at the Brovetto Dairy.
Coffee and tea are available self-serve from 7:30 am.

Afternoon Snack (Daily)
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, an afternoon snack is offered
daily. Baked goods, along with beverages are served daily in the foyer.
Coffee and tea and our hot chocolate bar are served at 4:00 pm during the winter season.
Wine Reception
Saturdays at 5:00 pm. Guests are invited to join us for an intimate reception in the library. Sample goodies, paired with the perfect white and red wines.
