The Inn

Catskill Maison Bed and Breakfast in Windham New York is located 1 mile from Windham Mountain. It was built in 1782 as a wayward inn, it housed New York Governor Washington Hunt as a young man, and later became the farmhouse for the well known Lawrence dairy farm well into the 1960′s. A later incarnation was a private residence before emerging into our Catskills Inn. In 2004, Josephine Moffett and her daughter, Lea, envisioned converting it into a luxury Catskill Mountains Bed and Breakfast opening their doors in 2008.

At Catskill Maison Bed and Breakfast enjoy a three-course breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, weekend evening wine and cheese, afternoon fresh-baked snacks, teas, and coffees. Our Catskills Inn features six tastefully decorated rooms that include added amenities, breathtaking mountain views, plush robes and in-suite private bathrooms.
